GENERAL INFORMATION

The Regulations of the “Hotel Norge” accommodation facility in Trento (TN) are established to guarantee uniform, orderly, peaceful and peaceful use of the same for everyone. It has a contractual nature between the structure and the Guest and, therefore, the request to stay in the Hotel and the acceptance of this request by “Hotel Norge” implies total acceptance of these Regulations.
All Guests are required to comply with the Internal Regulations of the Accommodation Facility, which can be consulted in full on the website www.hotelnorge.it.
Parents (or whoever legally exercises their authority) are jointly responsible for the actions carried out by their minor children within the Hotel and are required to supervise them and ensure that they maintain polite and respectful behavior towards others, under their direct supervision. responsibility and, in particular, with regard to the obligation to respect silence, the correct use of bathrooms, which cannot be
considered places of play or meeting, and of the equipment made available by the Structure to its Guests. It’s any activity that may disturb other Guests is prohibited. In general, all the rules of this contract regulation must be respected.
The Management, as required by the current laws of the Italian Republic, has the right to expel without notice anyone who does not comply with the Regulations or behaves in a way that causes damage or disturbance.
If a Guest’s actions are deemed inappropriate by a member of staff, or if inappropriate behavior is reported, the hotel reserves the right to take action against the Guest, after verifying this situation. Depending on the severity of the Guests’ actions, the hotel may, at its discretion, request the intervention of law enforcement or remove the Guests from the
structure.

PERSONAL DATA

Pursuant to art. 13 of the Legislative Decree 06.30.2003 n. 196, all personal data of our Customers will be processed both via IT systems and manually, in order to carry out tax obligations (drawing up invoices, recording data, etc.) and providing the requested service.
Upon arrival, customers will be asked for an identification document for the purpose of communicating their presence to the competent police bodies.

RESPONSABILITY

The Hotel Management is not responsible for the missing objects and/or valuables of the Guests (each Guest is required to take care of the care of the objects of his property), for damages resulting from events of force majeure and the nature of the what (weather events, natural disasters, epidemics, diseases, falling trees or branches or products that fall within the nature of plants, gusts of wind, damage or theft of cars in the parking area and in the area of ​​the structure). For no reason will discounts be granted upon departure to cover any or presumed disservices that may occur following the events described above.

CONDITIONS OF STAY

ARRANGEMENT
The arrangement agreed upon at the time of booking remains valid for the entire period of stay:

Bed & Breakfast (B&b)

Includes room and breakfast: meals taken will be charged extra. The B&B treatment does not include meals, with the exception of breakfast, served in the hotel room, with the exclusion of drinks and all drinks at the bar. Customers cannot bring food or drinks outside the restaurant. The hotelier is not required to serve meals outside the scheduled times and places;

Half board

Includes room, breakfast and dinner, excluding drinks. Meals not included will be charged extra.
Unless agreed with the management, it is not possible to have lunch instead of dinner. The hotelier is not required to serve meals outside the scheduled times and places. The treatment begins with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure;

Full board

It includes the room, breakfast, lunch and dinner, excluding drinks.

No deductions are made for meals not consumed. Upon request (within the established deadlines), a packet breakfast / lunch will be delivered (depending on the meal not used).
The price of the stay includes morning cleaning (at set times) and meals included in the arrangement.
The price of the stay does not include any extra cleaning, drinks, drinks at the bar, drinks at the restaurant not included in the offer, any rentals, damage to people or things and anything not expressly indicated in the offer.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
On the day of arrival the hotel rooms are insured starting from 2.00 pm, while on the day of departure they must be vacated by 10.00 am.
Please pay the balance of your stay the day before departure starting from 8.00 pm or in the morning before 10.00 am. The rooms must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.
You can pay your account in cash (up to €4,999.99 according to current legislation), debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, ATM), check or by advance payment by bank transfer. American Express is not accepted.
If an invoice is required, the Guest must request it at reception by providing all the company details at least 1 day before departure.

EARLY DEPARTURE
In case of early departure for reasons beyond the control of the hotel, full payment of the booked stay is required. However, the same will be reduced by the amount of €6.00 ​​for each unused breakfast and €12.00 for each unused lunch and/or dinner (if provided for in the conditions of stay), calculated for each person paying the full rate.

GENERAL INFORMATIONS

Beverages: Prices as per price lists displayed at the bar and in the restaurant;

Dinner: At the hotel restaurant, open every day from 7pm to 9pm. Consisting of appetizer, first course, second course and dessert. Alternatively, you can choose between a single course (€5.00 starter, €9.00 first course, €12.00 second course, €4.50 dessert);

Room service €5.00 per person;

Swimming pool and wellness: If not included in the stay, the entrance fee is €15.00 per person (€10.00 reduced rate for children up to 15 years old). If necessary, it is possible to rent the Wellness Kit: bathrobe €6.00 ​​per piece, towel €3.50 per piece, slippers €3.00 per pair. In the event of any loss or damage, €30.00 will be charged for each bathrobe and €15.00 for each towel. Please remember that the area is accessible to children until 4.30 pm and that it is not possible to take towels from the bathrooms outside the room;

Beauty center: Possibility to book treatments and massages (subject to availability);

Pets (untill 20 kg): Accepted on request with a supplement of €10.00
per day (per animal);

Smart Card: In case of loss or damage to the room key card, €5.00 will be charged;

Late check-out: Subject to availability, €25 until 1pm, €50.00 until 7pm.

ROOM

Insert the Smart Card into the reader to activate the heating and light. If the window is open, the heating will turn off automatically.
Please moderate the tone of your voice, as well as the volume of your television, for
avoid disturbing other hotel guests.
Please also do not slam the doors but accompany them as they close.
To use the safe, please consult the instructions.
To call the reception, dial key number 9 (the reception is open from 8:00 to 23:00 but the service is active 24 hours a day, just in case).

PROHIBITIONS

Bring skis, ski boots or snowboards and/or bicycles to your room. Our facility has a special area for storing equipment (for information, contact the Reception );

Bringing pets into the room without the consent of the hotel management;

Smoking in the room (in case of transgression the management reserves the right to also evaluate the interruption of the stay with the removal from the hotel);

Use stoves in the room to prepare food or drinks, irons and any other electrical appliance or heat producer (excluding ordinary appliances).

On the day of arrival, please wait for the Maitre d’ at the entrance to the room, who will seat you at the table assigned to you, which will be the same for the entire duration of your stay.
Please kindly wear appropriate clothing, avoiding entering the room with slippers, an undershirt or a bathrobe.
The dinner menu, if included in the stay, will be chosen upon your arrival at check-in, while for the following days it will be displayed at the table during breakfast.
All meals used and not included in the stay will be charged to the room account as extras and will be paid for at check-out.
Please make sure that children do not run into the room, accompany them to the buffet and help them choose the food.
Please also promptly communicate and agree with the Maitre d’ of the room any requests for particular dietary needs and/or intolerances or allergies. Drinks are not included in the price of the stay.

The area is accessible only with slippers or wearing the appropriate shoe covers present at the entrance.
Children under the age of 14 can access the swimming pool area only if accompanied by an adult.

A bathing cap is not necessary

Diving, running and making noise is prohibited (especially inside the SPA).

Inside the cabins it is mandatory to enter with a towel, without a costume.

Only those over the age of 16 and people who do not suffer from heart problems can access the cabins.

The closest toilets are located near the entrance to the centre.

We remind our kind customers that anyone who does not follow the rules will be removed from the centre.
It is possible to book treatments and massages at the Beauty Center at the times indicated (subject to availability). Prices are shown on the relevant price list.
