General information
The house rules of the accommodation facility “Hotel Brenta Dolomites” in Trento (TN) are established in order to ensure all guests a uniform, orderly, calm and peaceful use of the premises. They have a contractual nature between the accommodation and the Guest. Therefore, requesting a hotel stay and the acceptance of such request by “Hotel Brenta Dolomites” implies full acceptance of these House Rules.
All guests are required to comply with the internal house rules of the accommodation facility, which can be viewed in full on the website www.brenta-dolomites.com.
The parents (or legally responsible guardians) are jointly and severally liable for the actions of their minor children within the hotel and are obliged to supervise them and ensure that they behave in a polite and respectful manner towards others. The duty of supervision lies under their direct responsibility, in particular with regard to compliance with quiet hours, the proper use of sanitary facilities, which must not be used as play or meeting areas, and the correct use of the facilities made available to guests.
Jegliche Tätigkeit, die andere Gäste stören könnte, ist untersagt. In general, all provisions of this house rule must be observed.
The hotel management is entitled, in accordance with the applicable laws of the Italian Republic, to expel from the property without prior notice any person who violates the house rules or behaves in a manner that causes damage or disturbs other guests.
Should a guest’s actions be deemed inappropriate by a member of staff, or should inappropriate behaviour be reported, the hotel reserves the right to take appropriate measures against the guest after verifying the situation.
Depending on the severity of the behaviour, the hotel may, at its own discretion, involve law enforcement authorities or remove the guest from the property.
Personal data:
In accordance with Article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003, all personal data of our customers will be processed both electronically and manually in order to fulfil tax obligations (e.g. issuing invoices, recording data, etc.) and to provide the requested services.
Upon arrival, guests will be asked to present a valid identification document in order to report their presence to the competent police authorities in accordance with applicable regulations.
Liability:
The Hotel Management shall not be held responsible for the loss of guests’ belongings and/or valuables (each guest is required to exercise due care in safeguarding their own property), nor for any damage resulting from force majeure events or the nature of the property itself (such as weather events, natural disasters, epidemics, illnesses, falling trees or branches or other plant-related occurrences, strong winds, as well as damage to or theft from cars in the parking area and within the hotel premises).
Under no circumstances will any discounts or deductions be granted upon departure to compensate for any alleged or actual service disruptions arising from the above-mentioned events.
Terms of stay
Board arrangement:
The board arrangement agreed at the time of booking remains valid for the entire duration of the stay:
- Bed & breakfast – Includes accommodation and breakfast: any meals consumed will be charged as extra. The B&B arrangement does not include meals, except for breakfast, served in the hotel dining room, excluding beverages and all bar consumption. Guests are not allowed to take food or drinks out of the restaurant. The hotelier is not required to serve meals outside the scheduled times and designated areas.
- Half board – Includes accommodation, breakfast and dinner, excluding beverages. Any meals not included will be charged as extra. Unless otherwise agreed with management, lunch cannot replace dinner. The hotelier is not required to serve meals outside the scheduled times and designated areas. The arrangement begins with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.
- Full board – Includes accommodation, breakfast, lunch and dinner, excluding beverages. The hotelier is not required to serve meals outside the scheduled times and designated areas. The full board arrangement, unless otherwise agreed with management, begins with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with lunch on the day of departure.
No deductions will be made for meals not consumed. Upon request (within the established deadlines), a packed breakfast/lunch will be provided (depending on the meal not taken).
The price of the stay includes morning cleaning (at the scheduled times) and the meals included in the selected board arrangement.
The price of the stay does not include any extra cleaning services, beverages, bar consumption, restaurant items not included in the offer, any rentals, damage to persons or property, and anything not expressly stated in the offer.
Arrival and departure:
On the day of arrival, hotel rooms are guaranteed from 2:00 p.m., while on the day of departure they must be vacated by 10:00 a.m.
Guests are kindly requested to settle the bill for their stay on the day prior to departure starting from 8:00 p.m., or in the morning before 10:00 a.m. Rooms must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.
You can settle your bill in cash (up to €4,999.99 in accordance with current regulations), by debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Bancomat), by cheque, or via advance bank transfer. American Express is not accepted.
If an invoice is required, guests must request it at reception and provide all company details at least one day before departure.
General information
- Drinks: Prices are as per the price lists displayed at the bar and in the restaurant.
- Lunch – The hotel restaurant offers the possibility of lunch, open daily from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., with an à la carte menu.
- Dinner – Served at the hotel restaurant, open daily from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. It consists of an appetizer, first course, main course, and dessert.
If not included in the stay, the full dinner costs €30.00 per person. Alternatively, guests may choose a single course: €6.00 for an appetizer, €11.00 for a first course, €13.00 for a main course, or €5.00 for dessert. - Room service: €5.00 per person.
- Swimming pool and SPA – If not included in the stay, the entrance fee is €15.00 per person (€10.00 reduced rate for children up to 15 years of age).
If needed, a wellness kit can be rented: bathrobe €8.00 each, towel €4.00 each, slippers €3.50 per pair. Changing a bathrobe costs €5.00, while changing a towel costs €2.00.
In case of loss or damage, €30.00 will be charged for each bathrobe and €15.00 for each towel.
Please note that the area is accessible to children until 6:00 p.m., and towels provided in the bathrooms must not be taken outside the rooms. - Beauty Centre: Possibility to book treatments and massages (subject to availability).
- Pets: Accepted upon request with a supplement of €15.00 per day (per pet).
- Room smart card: In case of loss or damage of the room key card, a charge of €5.00 will apply.
- Late check-out (until 1:00 p.m.): €25.00 per room (subject to availability).
- Late check-out (until 7:00 p.m.): €50.00 per room (subject to availability).
Room:
Insert the Smart Card into the reader to activate heating and lighting. If the window is open, the heating will switch off automatically.
Please keep your voice and TV volume at a moderate level to avoid disturbing other hotel guests. Guests are also kindly asked not to slam doors, but to close them gently.

To call reception, dial number 9 (the reception is open from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., but assistance is available 24 hours a day for any emergency).
Prohibitions:
- Bringing skis, ski boots, snowboards and/or bicycles into the rooms is prohibited. The hotel provides a dedicated storage area for equipment (for further information, please contact Reception).
- Bringing pets into the room without the approval of the hotel management is prohibited.
- Smoking in the rooms is prohibited (in case of violation, the management reserves the right to consider termination of the stay with removal from the hotel).
- Using hot plates for preparing food or beverages, irons, and any other electrical or heat-producing appliances in the room is prohibited (except for appliances of ordinary necessity).
Restaurant
- Breakfast: from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
- Lunch: from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Dinner: from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
On the day of arrival, guests are kindly asked to wait for the Maître at the entrance of the dining room, who will seat you at your assigned table, which will remain the same for the entire duration of the stay. Guests are kindly requested to wear appropriate attire, avoiding entry into the dining room in slippers, tank tops, or bathrobes.
The dinner menu, if included in the stay, will be chosen upon your arrival at check-in, while for the following days it will be displayed at the table during breakfast.
All meals consumed and not included in the stay will be charged to the room account as extras and settled at check-out.
Guests are kindly asked to ensure that children do not run in the dining room, to accompany them to the buffet, and to assist them in choosing their food.
Guests are also kindly requested to promptly inform and agree with the Maître d’hôtel regarding any special dietary requirements and/or intolerances or allergies. Beverages are not included in the price of the stay.
Wellness & beauty centre
- Swimming pool: from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- SPA: from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Beauty Centre: from 1:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. (by appointment).
The area is accessible only with slippers or by wearing the shoe covers provided at the entrance.
Children under 14 years of age may access the swimming pool area only when accompanied by an adult. From 6:00 p.m., the entire wellness centre is reserved exclusively for guests over 16 years of age.
- A swimming cap is not required.
- Diving, running, and making loud noise are prohibited (especially inside the SPA).
- Access to the cabins is only permitted with a towel and without swimwear.
- Only guests over 16 years of age and persons who do not suffer from heart conditions may enter the cabins.
- The nearest toilets are located near the entrance of the centre.
We kindly remind our guests that anyone who does not comply with the rules will be removed from the centre.
Treatments and massages can be booked at the Beauty Centre during the indicated opening hours (subject to availability). Prices are listed in the relevant price list.
