It is born from the cold infusion of the tops of the Mugo branches, rich in buds, pine cones and resin, in Grappa of mixed selected Trentino pomace, distilled separately with the Bain-marie method in a discontinuous still and subsequently mixed.

Olia del Garda
Delicious infusion of olives in Grappa, from an ancient recipe born on Lake Garda and told today by Antonio De Carli. The Marzadro Family pays homage to it with this unique liqueur. The ancient recipe calls for the cold maceration of olives together with spices such as cinnamon, cloves and lemon peel in pure Marzadro White Grappa, for a period that varies from 40 to 50 days.

From the high mountain meadows of Trentino we collect freshly cut and slightly sun-dried hay, rich in botanical varieties. The process involves a rapid infusion of the hay in pure alcohol. We thus obtain a mountain concentrate that reminds us of nature with every sip.

Cumin (Carum Carvi) is a spice whose flowering embraces spring and summer, it is known above all for its fruits, also called seeds, with excellent aromatic properties. The slightly spicy flavor gives Grappa a characteristic taste.

GRAPPA
Asperula
Obtained from the infusion of the Asperula plant in Grappa of selected mixed Trentino pomace, distilled separately with the Bain-marie method in a discontinuous still and subsequently mixed. Asperula is a perennial herbaceous plant that is harvested in the months of June and July before flowering in the woods of Monte Baldo and Monte Bondone, directly from our distillery. Asperula gives the Grappa a delicate and fresh taste.

Camilla
Traditional recipe ideal for a light and aromatic end to a meal. From the infusion of the Chamomile plant, coming from the uncultivated meadows of our Trentino mountains, through a cold maceration of about 30 days in Grappa, we obtain a liqueur that combines the properties of Grappa and the aromatic ones of Chamomile.

Grappa Stravecchia emblematic of the culture, care and art of distilling. Obtained by the distillation in Bagnomaria in a discontinuous still of both red and white pomace. It is refined in small barrels of Cherry, Ash, Oak and Robinia which each give its own characteristics of perfume, aroma, color and flavor. The aging time follows the rhythms of nature: from moon to moon 18 months pass.

Obtained from the distillation of Chardonnay pomace in a discontinuous still in a bain-marie, it is refined in small 225-liter oak barrels, during which the Master Distiller carefully follows the evolution of the blend, checking the scents and aromas, until a unique balance is achieved.

Grappa with a fine and decisive aroma and a pleasantly enveloping, harmonious and persistent taste on the palate. Obtained by distilling in a discontinuous still the prized pomace typical of Amarone della Valpolicella (Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara) in a Bagnomaria. The Master Distiller carefully follows the evolution of the blend over time, checking the scents and aromas until a unique balance is achieved.
