The Teroldego Reserve is produced only in excellent vintages from carefully hand-selected grapes from the most suitable areas of the Piana Rotaliana: “Fron”, “Rauti”, “Camorzi”, and “Sottodossi”. The grapes are pressed and the stems are separated.
A wine of great character, it pairs well with boiled meats, roasted red meats, grilled meats, and mature cheeses. Excellent with Teroldego risotto.

Pivier di Cesconi is an excellent organic (and biodynamic) Merlot Riserva, grown in the Valle dei Laghi in Trentino.

Lagrein is the oldest grape variety in Alto Adige and is genetically similar to Syrah. This heat-loving variety benefits from the warm climate in the vineyards of southern Alto Adige.
