Single-varietal grappa with a fine and elegant aroma and an intense, dry taste. It is obtained through Bain-Marie distillation of Chardonnay pomace in a discontinuous still. It then matures in small 225-litre oak barrels, during which the Master Distiller closely monitors the evolution of the blend, checking its nuances and aromas until a unique balance is achieved.
