It is born from the cold infusion of the tops of the Mugo branches, rich in buds, pine cones and resin, in Grappa of selected Trentino mixed pomace, distilled separately with the Bain-marie method in a discontinuous still and subsequently mixed.

Olia del Garda
Delicious infusion of olives in Grappa, coming from an ancient recipe born on Lake Garda and told today by Antonio De Carli. The Marzadro family pays homage to it with this unique liqueur in the world. The ancient recipe involves the cold maceration of olives together with spices such as cinnamon, cloves and lemon peel in pure Marzadro White Grappa, for a period ranging from 40 to 50 days.

From the high mountain meadows of Trentino we collect freshly cut and slightly sun-dried hay, rich in botanical varieties. The procedure involves a rapid infusion of hay in pure alcohol. We thus obtain a mountain concentrate that reminds us of nature with every sip.

Asperula
Obtained from the infusion of the Woodruff plant in Grappa of selected Trentino mixed pomace, distilled separately with the Bain-marie method in a discontinuous still and subsequently mixed. Woodruff is a perennial herbaceous plant that is harvested in the months of June and July before flowering in the woods of Monte Baldo and Monte Bondone, directly from our distillery. Woodruff gives Grappa a delicate and fresh taste.

Traditional recipe ideal for a light and aromatic end of a meal. From the infusion of the Chamomile plant, coming from the uncultivated meadows of our Trentino mountains, through a cold maceration of about 30 days in Grappa, a liqueur is obtained that combines the properties of Grappa and the aromatic ones of Chamomile.

Grappa Stravecchia emblematic of the culture, care and art of distilling. Obtained from the distillation of both red and white pomace in a bain-marie in a discontinuous still. It refines in small cherry, ash, oak and black locust barrels which each offer their own characteristics of perfume, aroma, color and flavour. The aging time follows the rhythms of nature: 18 months pass from moon to moon.

Bombardino
